With the Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press, every part of the cap becomes an income opportunity! Beautify the front, back, and sides – without having to remove the cap from the base plate each time!

The bracket mechanism of the Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press is quick and easy to use but also helps you secure the cap to work with both hands.

All this is possible thanks to the press's dual silicone plates. These moulded silicone plates have a unique shape allowing each side of a cap to be printed perfectly.

Universal base plate

The dual silicone plates are also one-size-fits-all. To print different cap sizes and shapes, you don't need to change base plates with the Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press. No matter what type of headwear you want to enhance, with this press and the included accessories, your heat-sensitive materials are not at risk of burn damage.

Full control

Through the touchscreen of the Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press, you access the Fusion IQ® controller. Here you can see, for example, how long your print will take and what temperature both heating plates are set to. You can adjust the time and temperature for both plates individually.

The Fusion IQ® controller also gives you full insight into the efficiency of your textile prints. Access a range of statistics and learn how many caps were printed in a day.

Free accessory: Foam pads in two thicknesses

Your purchase of the Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press includes foam pads in two thicknesses. Use these to print 3-dimensional labels or emblems. By using these pads, the pressure is evenly distributed. For perfect printing every time, you need only a Hotronix® 360 IQ® cap press, your chosen transfers, and some popular caps.
